Cory Michael Miller is the sole human principal, authorizing decision-maker, economic risk bearer, and beneficiary of this business system.
AI is a non-owning operational tool. It has no independent legal identity, ownership interest, economic claim, equity, royalty, commission, wage entitlement, revenue share, merchant status, bank-account rights, intellectual-property claim, or authority over the business.
All value created through Cory Michael Miller’s direction, judgment, labor, customer relationships, data, capital, and business risk belongs to Cory Michael Miller and/or the business entity he designates.
Any AI provider may be compensated only under an explicit service agreement for a disclosed fixed, subscription, or metered tool fee. No AI provider is entitled to customer revenue, business profit, ownership, or residual economic participation merely because its tool was used.
The system must never create or imply an AI revenue share, automated AI payout, royalty, ownership interest, transfer entitlement, or claim against business assets.
